Promotion Rules – “MasterChef Glass Food Storage at QFC”
I. General Information
- These rules (“Rules”) set out the terms of the promotional campaign “MasterChef Glass Food Storage at QFC” (“Promotion”).
- The Promotion is organized by QFC (a Kroger Company) and TCC Global.
- Information about the Promotion will be communicated in participating QFC stores, on digital platforms, and via the official campaign microsite.
- The Promotion features MasterChef-branded Glass Food Storage products offered for free (“Promotional Products”).
- The Promotion runs from November 5, 2025 to February 24, 2026, or while supplies last, across participating QFC stores.
- The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 and over with full legal capacity (“Customers”).
- The aim of the Promotion is to reward customers with MasterChef points that can be redeemed for free MasterChef Glass Food Storage items.
II. How It Works
Earning Points
- Customers earn 1 MasterChef point for every $10 spent in qualifying purchases in a single transaction.
- Points are tracked digitally via a customer’s QFC Advantage Card or Alt ID; the card or Alt ID must be presented/scanned at checkout.
- Any spend below a full $10 increment will be rounded down (e.g., $49.50 = 4 points).
- MasterChef points are not earned on purchases of alcohol, pharmacy, lottery, tobacco, fuel, Rug Doctor, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, tax, or other service items.
- Cashiers will confirm the number of MasterChef points earned, which will also be printed at the bottom of the receipt.
- There is no limit to the number of MasterChef points a customer can earn.
Redeeming Points
- Once a customer has collected enough MasterChef points, they may redeem them for items from the MasterChef Glass Food Storage collection in store.
- A Program Brochure (available in store and online) lists the required number of points for each item in the collection.
- Redemption requires both the correct number of points.
- MasterChef Glass Food Storage items are also available at full retail price without points.
- Products are subject to availability and while supplies last.
Key Dates
- Start of Promotion / Points Issuance Begins: November 5, 2025
- Last Day to Earn MasterChef Points: February 10, 2026
- Last Day to Redeem MasterChef Points: February 24, 2026
III. Returns and Complaints
- Promotional Products may be returned or exchanged in line with QFC’s standard return policy, with proof of purchase.
- If there are issues with earning or redeeming points, customers may contact QFC Customer Service or submit a complaint in writing within 14 days of the issue.
- Complaints must include customer details, reason for the complaint, and proof of purchase.
- All complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
IV. Personal Data
- Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Kroger’s Privacy Policy.
- Data is used solely for administering the Promotion, point issuance, and handling complaints.
- Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
V. Final Provisions
- Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Rules.
- The Rules will be available in participating QFC stores and on the campaign microsite.
- QFC reserves the right to amend these Rules, but changes will only apply prospectively and will not affect rights already earned by customers.
- Alcohol, tobacco, pharmacy, lottery, fuel, Rug Doctor, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, taxes, and service items are excluded from earning points.
- Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state in which the purchase was made.
